Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Renad International Group, LLC is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every product you purchase. Though we hope you are satisfied with the products you received, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may take steps to return it for refund.

Please read our Return and Refund Policy below for more information on how to return items and request a refund. We want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience and will do everything outlined in the policy below to improve it.

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return or exchange policy to make the process as easy as possible.

Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Refunds: If you cancel your order, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 2 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If any of the products you ordered arrive in damaged or defective condition, or if the items are different from what you expected, you may return the goods in their unused condition, along with the original packaging, within 7 days from the date of delivery for a return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: To start the return or exchange process, please provide your order details to our customer service team by phone or email. After processing your request, we will make arrangements for our staff or a courier to pick up the items from the delivery address.

Condition of Returned Items: Please ensure that the items are returned in unused condition, with the original packaging and the original invoice. We might not be able to perform the return, exchange, or refund if you don’t have the required documentation.

Inspect Packaging Before Acceptance: Before accepting delivery, please check that the packaging is intact and undamaged. Please decline the delivery if you notice any damage or tampering with the packaging. With your order reference number, get in touch with our customer service representatives right away by phone or email. As quickly as feasible, we will set up a replacement delivery.

How to Return an Item

Exchanges through courier collection are only available for products of the same value as the item being returned. Our Customer Care team will verify whether the desired item is in stock and whether the exchange can be completed once you have made it clear what replacement item you would like to receive.

Refunds for returns collected by courier from the delivery address will be processed only upon receipt of the goods in unused condition, along with the original sales invoice.

We will conduct the refund or exchange within 7 working days after receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.

In the case of order cancellation, refunds for payments made via credit card will be credited back to the card used for the original purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in the crediting process, as that is managed by the issuing bank of the credit card.

Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: Orders will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours for most areas in the UAE.

For orders placed before 2 PM, deliveries within UAE will be made the next working day. For other cities and remote areas, delivery will be within 2 to 3 working days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping Charges (Within UAE)

Free Delivery for orders AED 500 and above.
AED 35 delivery charge for orders below AED 500.

International Deliveries (Outside UAE)

  • Free shipping is not applicable for international orders.
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight, and courier rates after packing the order.
  • A secure payment link for courier charges will be shared with the customer once the package is ready.
  • Orders will be dispatched only after courier payment confirmation.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS notification with tracking information. Shipping is handled by a trusted third-party courier, ensuring timely and dependable delivery.
